Here is the "Bitcoin Block 2024," the latest release from 1HoDLCLUB, a special edition dedicated to one of the major events in Bitcoin, the Halving, and more precisely, this year's event that took place on April 20, 2024!

For this very special edition, the 1 Troy Ounce coins are back! Made entirely of .999 fine silver, with two-tone details, the coin features some details in the text around the edge that will be easily recognized by Bitcoiners familiar with the source code!

On the front, you can find the inscription 3.125 mBTC, referring to the 3.125 BTC, which is the new reward per block since the April Halving. Additionally, 3.125 mBTC, or 0.003125 BTC, is the denomination of the coin (the maximum amount it can be loaded with). The serial number is also laser-engraved on the front of the coin as well as on the slabs of each coin.

On the back, you will find the 1HoDLCLUB security hologram that protects the private key. It is a tamper-evident hologram, which destroys itself upon removal, leaving behind a honeycomb pattern to prevent anyone from accessing the private key and then reassembling the coin.

For this unique edition, new slabs have been designed in the shape of a block! Precision-machined stainless , they measure 7.62 x 7.62 cm, are 8 mm thick, and weigh 315 grams. They have a polished finish, with odd serial numbers featuring a polished silver finish and even serial numbers featuring a polished black finish. The slabs are composed of five parts: the body, the covers, and the sapphire protection windows, all held together with 4 Torx screws! On the laser-engraved lower side, you will find a quote from Satoshi Nakamoto, the creator of Bitcoin: "It might make sense just to get some in case it catches on. If enough people think the same way, that becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy."
